[SP-EDU] International E-based Diploma and Professional Certificates in Special Education and Inclusion
A multidisciplinary Masters integrating education and pedagogical domains with engineering and technology, in which education experts and engineering faculty provide new teaching methodologies in special-needs education using advanced ITC-based resources and virtual reality technology to improve learning process and shift abstract education for special-needs students to accommodate social and psychological aspects to improve their perception and social integration.
- Special-needs education skills targeting 3 wide-spread disabilities in Egypt for special-needs teachers, social and psychological specialists and mainstream teachers accommodating special-needs students in class in a two-stage diploma system.
The academic program is accompanied with ICT-based resources as well as virtual inclusion campus to host special-needs students, parents and teachers in a shared learning environment.
EU and EG Accreditation
The proposed academic program is an EG and EU certified multi-disciplinary two-stage diploma system designed according to the ECTS system building on EU partner institutions expertise with counter EG universities (with both schools of education and engineering on both sides). It is unique in blending pedagogical with engineering and technology domains to level current schoolteachers to the EU-standard in STEM education to become the first of its kind in EG building on ICT methodologies.
